Tracy Ayers knows her way around commercial real estate in ​the Southeast, with over three decades of lending experience. ​Emphasizing building relationships, not just transactions, is what ​sets Tracy apart from other financial professionals. She offers ​invaluable expertise to clients and focuses intently on their ​unique real estate goals not only at the present time but as ​their organization grows.

Tracy is currently the president of the Middle TN CCIM Chapter, ​advancing education with the gold standard of commercial real ​estate professionals. She is heavily invested in the community ​as a past board member of Nashville Cable and founding board ​member of 100 Women Who Care, Middle Tennessee. She also ​serves on the board of Tri-Star Arts promoting contemporary art ​throughout the state of TN.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and ​Economics with a major in Management from Lipscomb ​University and has a Certified Commercial Investment Member ​designation from the CCIM Institute in Chicago.
